I have received instructions from Tan Viceroy of the Two Kwang Provinces regarding the finalisation of the Kwang boundary, entrusting both the civil and military officers.
In compliance with these instructions it has been decided that the boundary is as follows:-
From Kong Moon to the north bank of the river is the boundary.
From Kong Hen to Tung To Eu (or The Ten kok) Change to Lien t'ai (or mountain) near the river, the boundary continues along the river.
